1. Zhanazhol-KC13 Gas Pipeline In Kazakhstan, the gas pipeline from Zhanazhol to KC13 is about 160 km long. Its diameter, design pressure and annual gas transmission are 813 mm, 6.4 MPa and 53.6x108Nm3, respectively. Oct. 05, 2005 the natural gas pipeline linking Zhanazhol Oilfield in Aktobe, Kazakhstan, with the KC13 processing plant is completed. 2. Central Asia–China gas pipeline The Central Asia–China gas pipeline (known also as Turkmenistan–China gas pipeline) is a natural gas pipeline system from Central Asia to Xinjiang in the People's Republic of China. The whole pipeline is about 1,833 kilometers (1,139 mi) long, of which 188 kilometers (117 mi) in Turkmenistan and 530 kilometers (330 mi) in Uzbekistan. The diameter of the pipeline is 1,067 millimeters (42.0 in). It consists of three parallel lines with combined total capacity of 55 billion cubic meters per annum (1.9×1012 cu ft. /a) which would be reached by 2015. It is connected to the second West–East Gas Pipeline. 3. Kazakhstan-China Crude Oil Pipeline The Kazakhstan–China oil pipeline is China's first direct oil import pipeline allowing oil import from Central Asia. It runs from Kazakhstan's Caspian shore to Xinjiang in China. The pipeline is owned by the China National Petroleum Corporation (CNPC) and the Kazakh oil company KazMunayGas. The second section (Kenkiyak-Kumkol) is 792 kilometers (492 mi) long. It has initial transportation capacity of 10 million tons per year.[ Dec. 11, 2007 Construction of the second section of Kazakhstan-China Crude Pipeline commenced. Oct. 9, 2009 The first stage of Phase II of the Kazakhstan-China Crude Pipeline (Kenkiyak-Kumkol) begins to commercially transport oil.
