On February 6,2015, DN300 CLASS 900 'self-operated & straight –A400 safety shut-off valve', 'self-operated & axial-flow –A200 pressure regulating valve' and 'electrical axial-flow –A800 control valve', which were produced by TIANJIN 威尼斯人app FLUID CONTROL VALVES CO., LTD (Bter for short) , were successfully put into operation in Huangpi gas compressor station. This station's natural gas to Huaiyang-Wuhan pipeline is 505-106Nm3 every day. Bter is the cooperate develop unit of "Key Equipment Localization for Oil and Gas Pipelines—Regulating Device's Key Valves" which is a major science and technology program of CNPC. Three valves was debugged and applied in filed, showing a good operation. Valves' performance was entirely consistent with the requirements of 'Homemade Technology Conditions' and 'Industry Test Outline in Field'. All the key indicators fully satisfy field gas process requirements, such as safety shut-off valves' cutting precision, local/remote ESD cut function, pressure regulating valves' pressure setting and regulating value, control valves' adjusting precision, noise, etc. |
